Having been in the building trade for the past 23 years, Mark has developed a strong knowledge of the building industry. He is the Northern Board Director for the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand, a position he has held for the past 2 years. Prior to this appointment he was the Whangarei President from 2004 to 2008. Mark is passionate about the building industry and is actively involved in many industry forums including the NZ Department of Building and Housing, Building Advisory Panel.  With Mark’s position in the industry, he is often the first point of contact by the local media for building related issues.
